I downloaded the plans for a "In Lap Dust Collector" from "decoycarvingforum.com". I have a question about this device and wondered if you were the person that posted the instructions for the constructionof this dust collector. In case you are the poster my question is, does the dust and chips go through the fan before going into collection bag?
